Nonprofit work is meaningful—but it’s also heavy. Many organizations are facing intense emotional and systemic pressures, from supporting refugee populations amidst a federal funding freeze to managing fear and uncertainty driven by a shifting political climate. This session, led by Dr. Will Koehler and Dr. Hilary Copp of Journey: Healing Together, is designed to acknowledge that weight and provide a safe space to process, reflect, and support one another.

Grounded in trauma-informed practices, the session will offer practical tools for navigating emotionally demanding environments, space for honest conversation, and guidance for sustaining personal and organizational wellbeing. While it assumes a basic awareness of trauma-informed work, the format will be approachable, discussion-based, and focused on real-world challenges nonprofit professionals are carrying right now.

Join us to name the hard stuff, explore what healing can look like in community, and reconnect with the purpose that fuels your work.

The Nonprofit Partnership's offices at The Susan Hirt Hagen Center for Transformational Philanthropy are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
