The Nonprofit Partnership experienced a truly transformative year in 2016! Thanks to the generosity of the Hagen family, the Partnership was able to further strengthen our relationship with The Erie Community Foundation by moving into the beautifully renovated carriage house at 609 Walnut Street – The Susan Hirt Hagen Center for Transformational Philanthropy.

Since the remodel, we've been happily located on The Erie Community Foundation's campus. We feel lucky to work in a beautiful facility and to be able to share the space with member nonprofits through consultations, workshops, forums, and more. We continue to work closely with The Erie Community Foundation to deepen our partnership for the benefit of our community!
