oin The Nonprofit Partnership's Executive Director, Adam Bratton, on Wednesday, June 2 for [Zoom Meeting] Celebration is Essential: Why It Matters and How to Do It, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM!

Nonprofits and their employees are THE unspoken heroes of our society. Approximately 1.5 million nonprofits exist in the United States and many of them perform life-changing and life-saving work. And they often do this in the shadows, with little recognition publicly and, unfortunately, little recognition internally. In this session, Adam Bratton, executive director of The Nonprofit Partnership, will explore why we should be celebrating the good work done by our nonprofits. More importantly, Adam will discuss ways in which to celebrate the good work done by nonprofit staff with the goal of creating healthy workplaces, increasing impact, and advancing critical missions.

Learning objectives:
Build awareness of the tangible and intangible value of celebrating and recognizing employees
Learn ways in which to publicly promote the good work of your nonprofit
Discover tips, tools and tactics to recognize nonprofit employees on a limited budget

The Nonprofit Partnership's offices at The Susan Hirt Hagen Center for Transformational Philanthropy are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
