Please join The Nonprofit Partnership and Elizabeth Scott, PhD, CEO/President and Founder with Brighter Strategies, for The DNA of a Highly Engaged Culture on Monday, May 24 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM!
Did you miss Dr. Scott's first presentation of The DNA of a Highly Engaged Culture during Celebrate Nonprofits Week 2020? Now's your chance to catch the encore!

We all know that the best-laid plans can go astray, and many of us have seen this played out in an organizational context. We struggle to translate theory and knowledge into the practice of inspiring people, to help our organizations realize a larger impact in the community, or to facilitate change with an eye toward improved performance.

Many change efforts fail, one of the primary reasons being that organizational culture isn’t considered. Culture—the shared values, beliefs, and norms that guide an organization—is different in any context; however there are some common characteristics of any effective and engaged culture.

Brighter Strategies recently conducted a nonprofit culture study to explore the DNA of a highly engaged culture – Elizabeth can’t wait to share the findings with you!

During this workshop, you will explore the DNA of a highly engaged culture and leave with tools to proactively cultivate change within your organization. Register now!

The Nonprofit Partnership's offices at The Susan Hirt Hagen Center for Transformational Philanthropy are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
