About the series: Meet-ups will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays via Zoom. Each discussion will be a separate, specific topic led by an expert in that field. The expert will cover 5-10 minutes of best practices, tips and current thought leadership. From there, open discussion will commence (open discussion to include questions, stories, and struggles relating to the topic at hand). Attendance is limited to 12 registrants and audio/visual participation is strongly encouraged.

Topic: Standing Alone? Strategic Alliances Post-COVID

A little about the meet-up: While our nonprofit organizations may have been chugging along meeting our missions before COVID-19, this crisis is going to force us to look at our long term financial and operating sustainability, if it hasn’t already. Experts forecast that many nonprofits will close their doors, although this does not have to be the outcome for us. Creative collaborations and strategic alliances offer us the opportunity to build “community” and support one another in new and different ways. Join us to discuss and explore ways to challenge our assumptions and reap the benefits of not “standing alone” moving forward.

This meet-up is meant for: nonprofit leadership – CEOs, Executive Directors, and Board leaders.
