Program Intern

For this internship, it will be expected that your responsibilities will include and will not be limited to:

• Execute event management (e.g., set up and tear down for evening programming, facilitate programs – including having the opportunity to introduce presenters and run audience Q&A sessions)
• Engage in PR/communications (e.g., drafting media releases, deploying social media strategies and digital mass marketing endeavors, etc.)
• Work with the Jefferson’s Civic Leadership Academy
• Complete data entry and archiving
• Assist in research on current projects, spanning programming to publications, presentations to policy work
• Conduct guided research on a project proposed specific to an area of expressed focus
• Other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisors
