We all know that it's important to engage with and recognize employees - but where do we start? Join the Achievement Center for a review of how they used Appreciative Inquiry to change the culture of their workplace. Bob and Heather will touch on:
- An overview of the basic components and philosophy behind Appreciative Inquiry
- How the Achievement Center got involved with A.I.
- How the Achievement Center adopted A.I. and how it was integral to their Strive to Soar Summit in 2018
- Insight as to how the work culture at the Achievement center has changed and continues to evolve in new and positive directions due to its experiences with A.I.
There will be time for questions and open discussion, post-presentation. Please feel free to share your examples on what your nonprofit does to engage with and recognize employees - we want to hear it all!
