No-Show / Cancellation Policy 2020
The Nonprofit Partnership is proud that most of our programming, which takes place on a weekly- or near-weekly basis, is free and open to our member agencies. We are fortunate to have wonderful speakers and teachers that provide their expertise, often free of charge, to those who attend our programs. The Partnership makes investments to provide the speakers, resources, materials, food, and a welcoming environment, all for free, to members in attendance.
To ensure that we continue to attract excellent speakers, and for the benefit of everyone’s time and investments, NPP is introducing a cancellation fee for our free events. There will be a $15 charge to individuals who sign up for events but do not cancel at least 3 business days prior to the event. We very much understand that issues often arise at the last minute and this fee will make a small impact on recouping the investment has already been made into these programs.
There will be nothing different in our registration process. You will not need to pay anything in advance or provide any credit card information. If a cancellation fee is necessary, it will be done via invoice after the program. Please contact us with any questions. Thank you!
