Roxann Tyger is the Director of Organizational Development for the Alliance for Nonprofit Resources (ANR). Roxann joined ANR in 2013 and works to support Center for Community Resources (CCR), Nonprofit Development Corporation (NDC), and Community Partnership (CP), along with other nonprofits. She has over 25 years of nonprofit experience in program management and development, human resource management, employee training, and quality improvement. She specializes in strategic planning, Board development, nonprofit start-up services, grant writing, and succession planning.
Roxann holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She holds two Human Resource certifications – PHR and SHRM-CP.
Roxann is actively involved in the community. She serves as a chair of the Armstrong County Human Services Council, and a chair on the Suicide Prevention Task Force of Armstrong County. She also volunteers as a Pennsylvania Long-Term Care Ombudsman for the Office of Long Term Living, with the American Red Cross as a disaster responder, and as a member of the Indiana County Advisory Council working with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.
