Pathfinders Generalist

We are currently expanding our youth serving programs and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team. We are offering a part-time position in our youth Site-Based Psychiatric Rehabilitation program, Pathfinders, which meets twice per week after school hours. These areas, or domains, include living, learning, working, social, and wellness. Youth actively participate in the development of the program including creating community agreements, structuring sessions, and demonstrating voice and choice with activity ideas and skill building projects.
