Therapy Supervisor with Achievement Center of LECOM Health
Join the region’s largest behavioral health system and help make a positive impact in the lives of staff, children, and families! This position will function as an Intensive Behavioral Health Services (formerly BHRS) supervisor, providing clinical and administrative oversight to Mobile Therapists. The Supervisor collaborates as part of an IBHS management team and reports to the IBHS Clinical Director. The position requires the supervisor to ensure effective, quality, and compassionate care is delivered to youth and provide clinical and administrative supervision to department staff. In addition, the Supervisor will carry a minimal expectation for direct service provision within the agency's office-based Outpatient Program in accordance with their experience and licensure. The successful applicant will have clinical experience in a variety of treatment modalities and evidence-based practices, as well as previous management experience related to the ability to manage clinical staff and hold staff accountable to program requirements while maintaining a positive work environment.

*** Eligible for $3,000 Bonus payout as follows: $1,500 at time of hire and $1,500 after successful completion of three months
Required Education and Experience:
A supervisor/clinical director of an IBHS agency shall have a minimum of 1 year of full-time postgraduate experience in the provision of mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults and meet ONE of the following:
1. PA licensed as a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or CRNP with a mental health certification.
2. PA licensed as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW)and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum from an accredited college or university.
3. PA licensed as a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of IBHS and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in a CASSP system.
Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in a supervisory or management position with similar organizations.
Proof of licensure
Current driver’s license and insurance coverage.
Current ACT 33/34 and FBI fingerprint clearances.
Must complete Mandated Reporter training within 30 days of hire.
Must be able to compete CPR/FA training.
Safety Care Training to provide “hands off” crisis de-escalation within 30 days of hire
*** This position has a one year employment obligation to be eligible for the bonus payout. Bonus will be paid out at the schedule stated above. You will be required to sign a contract at time of hire.
