Mobile Family Advocate
This is an opportunity to make a difference in a family’s life! Small established program with individuals, children and parenting adults and youth. Applicant must be motivated, willing to work a flexible schedule to include some weekends and evenings, independent, as well as work as a team member, driver's license is a must, knowledge of community resources
Will provide counseling and life skills advocacy, referrals and coordination of supportive services organization facilities and off site client living spaces. Knowledge of area housing and local community resources resources. To work with both children and adults. Keep a flexible schedule to accommodate client’s available time on evenings and weekends
1. BA or qualifying experience in human services.
2. Ability to function independently or as a part of a team.
3. Good communication and written skills.
4. Ability to make decisions and maintain confidentiality
