Under direction of Director of IT, uses specialized knowledge or skills to perform hardware support and repairs for organization departments. Resolves hardware, software, and communication problems/conflicts/defects and related issues. Must interact with employees, conducts research, recommend and maintain data communications systems. Install, integrate, and configure computer systems and hardware. Research related products and recommend\implement necessary hardware and software network improvements. Perform helpdesk functions and end user education.
*Primary series of COVID-19 Vaccination required. Proven skills in computerized systems, word processing, spreadsheets, database software, UNIX, and Windows OS. Telecommunications experience a plus. Ability to perform advanced complex repairs and upgrades on a wide variety of computers and peripherals. Ability to diagnose the nature and extent of a wide range of computer problems. Knowledge of advanced computer troubleshooting techniques. Ability to simultaneously coordinate and complete multiple projects. Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
Education and/or Experience
Associate Degree from accredited college or technical school or equivalent experience.
Salary Range: $18.22-$21.14/hour
