HR and Payroll Specialist

HR and Payroll Specialist with Erie City Mission


• Prepare/process and complete bi-weekly payroll
• Maintain and update Paychex data and benefits
• Maintain and update personnel files
• Assist selection and maintenance of Insurance and Benefit partners (including 401K plans); review and reconcile monthly/quarterly/yearly
• Assist accounting department with A/P invoice entry/other as assigned
• Facilitate any relevant HR or payroll updates being presented at monthly ‘All Staff’ meetings
• Assist CEO and COO with other duties as assigned

Pay range: $15-$20/hour commensurate with experience

This position is 20 hours/week.
