Blended Case Managers with UPMC Western Behavioral Health at Safe Harbor - to support United Way Community Schools

United Way of Erie County was the recipient of a Federal Full-Service Community Schools Program Grant which provides funding to hire five Blended Case Managers to support Edison, McKinley, Pfeiffer-Burleigh, East and Strong Vincent community schools.

The case managers will be employed by UW partner, UPMC Western Behavioral Health at Safe Harbor, and will work to support the overarching goals of the grant: 1) improving student attendance, 2) supporting mental health needs, and 3) increasing access to and use of community resources for parents and students.

Salary Range: $15.36 to $23.55 / hour
