Job Description

Behavioral Technician/Specialist are responsible for overall behavioral management and observation of clients in care at our facilities. Behavioral Technician/Specialist will provide support to clients through behavioral, interpersonal, social-skills coaching, daily living skills, educational, and recreational activities.

Salary Range: $12.75-$16.72 per hour

Must be 21 years of age, with a High School Diploma/GED for the Behavioral Technician position or Bachelor’s Degree for the Behavioral Specialist position. Previous residential experience is preferred, but not required. A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License, FBI, Childline, and Criminal clearance are required.
