With the expected passing of the anticipated COVID-19 relief stimulus (2021 Consolidated Appropriations Act or “Act”), our friends at McGill, Power, Bell & Associates, LLP (“MPB”) wanted provide some insight and clarification on the key provisions of the Act and how they impact your organization. Among the most impactful elements of the Act are the changes to the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and the eligibility for PPP2, which MPB will spend the majority of this session discussing.
