Christophe is a seasoned strategy and management leader with 18 years of experience driving organizational growth, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale transformation across industries including higher education, telecom, utilities, and life sciences. He has worked across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia with organizations such as TotalEnergies, Equitable, Accenture, and most recently Vanguard, where he led organizational redesign and the integration of Vanguard’s first acquisition, fintech startup Just Invest, and helped scale the business by building new operational and client-facing functions. Fluent in French and English, Christophe also led Vanguard’s corporate volunteer program connecting nonprofit organizations with more than 20,000 employees, and he is a graduate of ESCP Business School, Europe’s oldest business school.
